EXCHANGES

How can I exchange my item?

Yes! We do offer exchanges if you need a different size or product of equal value.
To exchange, please contact us as soon as possible with your:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Details on your exchange


Once we receive your original item in unused condition, we’ll ship the replacement immediately.

How long does an exchange take to arrive?

Once we receive your returned item, exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days.

You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once the new item is on its way.

Is an exchange guaranteed once I select it?

Yes — as long as the item you return is unused and in its original condition, your exchange request is guaranteed.

If an exchange is not possible (e.g. due to product availability or region), the exchange option won’t be shown in the return portal. In that case, you’ll automatically be offered a return instead.

What is CLEW’s return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return CLEW products.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unmounted
  • In original packaging, including all accessories

Exceptions may apply to limited-release or promotional products.

How do I return a product?

Don't worry – if your gear isn't quite right, returning it is easy. To start the returns process, please contact us at support@clew.us within the return period and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Details on your return

Once registered, you’ll receive a return label and instructions on how to send it back.

Please note: Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return.

Can I return a product that’s been mounted or used?

Unfortunately, no. We can only accept returns onnew, unused, and unmounted products. 

Why isn’t my order eligible for return?

An order isn’t returnable if:

  • It’s outside the 14-day return window
  • The item shows signs of use or mounting
  • It’s a final-sale or non-returnable product (noted at purchase)
Can I return an item purchased from a CLEW dealer?

No, returns must be made through the official CLEW website. Please contact the dealer directly for their return policy.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Have you received my return?

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return arrives and is inspected.

You can also track the return using the label’s shipping info.

When will I get my refund?

After approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your provider, funds may take a few additional days to appear.
