WARRANTY
Basics
All CLEW bindings come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This covers manufacturing defects, material flaws, and any damage that’s not caused by improper use.
If you experience a problem, just reach out to us at support@clew.us – we’ll take care of it.
Make sure to keep your proof of purchase, as we’ll need it to process your claim.
Our warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Damage under normal riding conditions
It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper mounting
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Loss or theft
If you’re not sure whether your issue is covered, just send us a few photos and your order number at support@clew.us – we’ll check it quickly.
If you purchased your CLEW product through one of our retail partners and it turns out to be defective, please return it directly to the store where you bought it.
They’ll be able to:
- Inspect the issue on-site
- Help you with the warranty process
- Assist with a potential replacement
As the point of sale, the retailer is responsible for processing warranty claims for their customers.

How to request warranty service
Super simple – just email us at support@clew.us with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Your original order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the damage
We usually get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
In some cases, we may offer direct replacement parts instead of a full product exchange.
Spare parts & self-service
Yes! We offer a wide range of replacement parts for both the Freedom and Independence bindings.

Absolutely! Most spare parts can be replaced at home with just a basic screwdriver.
